Ca-Minando Fronteras recognizes the fundamental importance of protecting the dignity and rights of all individuals it interacts with, especially children and adolescents, women, and vulnerable adults. We are committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment that respects our values and prevents any form of abuse or exploitation, especially sexual abuse. Our victim-centered approach always prioritizes their well-being and needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our safeguarding policy establishes clear standards of conduct for all Ca-Minando Fronteras staff, volunteers, and collaborators. This includes the implementation of measures to prevent harassment in the workplace, ongoing training on equality, and the establishment of procedures to report situations of abuse, especially sexist or racist behaviors. These policies have been established with the express purpose of protecting the people we work with, as well as our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To review the complaints and reports received, the collective will appoint a person who is not involved in the activities carried out by those affected by the complaint. This person will analyze the facts with neutrality and propose appropriate decisions, applying the principles set out in our codes of conduct and action protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
